Very disappointed with your customer service. I ordered a different color and nobody has emailed me back to correct it.

I love this fabric and fit. However, the initial ones I purchased wrinkle at the opening so much they don’t adequately cover the pillow. Buying more since, they don’t do that. I wish I could get replacements for the originals. I’ve not bought any other pillow covers since I use Pure Fiber sheets and pillowcases. My guests love them too. There’s no substitute for bamboo in comfort and ease of care.

The fabric is cool and feels luxurious. I like it.

Washed them twice so far. Comes out pretty wrinkle free. They’re nice and soft and cooling to the skin.

We really love the bamboo sheets and pillowcases we got. The fabric is so soft and smooth. It feels like silk. I am so glad we made the purchase. My only issue is that we bought the sheets and 2 pillowcases at Costco for $100, but I wanted two more pillowcases. The two extra pillowcases alone cost $60 (including shipping) which seems high comparatively.

I originally purchased the sheets at Costco, king size. I also have std pillows on the bed. Used white cases until they became too drab looking. Checked the sheets for your name and found the same color on your web site. They match perfectly even though I purchased the sheets a few years ago.

These pillow cases are super soft. I needed some extra pillow cases for my extra pillows on the guest bed. I like that I could buy them separately.

I have purchased many sets of the bamboo viscose sheets and pillow cases. They are the softest sheets and pillow cases ever. You need to follow the instructions for laundering them as they will be perfect if you do and will come out of the dryer ready to use!!

This is my 4th set of sheets in 5 months not because they were returns.
Quite the contrary.
They are absolutely incredible!
I have all the colors.
I look forward for their return to Costco.
I mark it on my calendar.
They get washed regularly and they remain soft like butter.
Best sheets I have ever owned and I am very "picky" about what I purchase.
I want the best and these work for me.
Try them.
If they are not to your liking, return them to Costco.
Trust me, you will love them.
I order king size cases separately because I have big pillows.
