Agreement Between User and www.pure-fiber.com

Welcome to www.pure-fiber.com (the "Site"), operated by IGH Global Corporation, Inc. ("IGH"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") without modification. Please review these Terms carefully and retain a copy for your records.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data collection and usage practices.

Electronic Communications

By accessing the Site or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy legal requirements for written communication.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your devices. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account. IGH reserves the right to terminate accounts, edit content, or refuse service at its sole discretion. Persons under 13 may not use the Site, and users under 18 require parental or guardian permission.

Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Orders cannot be modified once they are submitted. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the date your order was shipped, in brand-new condition and original packaging. Return shipping is $12, deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and the $12 does not apply. Clearance items and items discounted 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned. A 15% restocking fee applies if an item is returned in a condition we cannot resell. Full details are in our Returns policy and our Refund policy.

IGH reserves the right to monitor and remove content and terminate access to Communication Services without notice.

User Submissions

By submitting content to the Site, you grant IGH a license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary for Site operations. You represent that you own or control all rights to the submitted content.
