Refund policy

We hope you love what you ordered. In the event that you don't, maybe the fit is not entirely right or the color not what you expected, we're happy to offer you a replacement color, size, or issue a refund on unopened products within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.

Items must be in brand-new condition: unopened, never washed or used, and in their original packaging. If an item comes back in a condition we cannot resell, a 15% restocking fee is applied to the refund.

All Sales and Clearance Items over 50% off are final sales and cannot be returned.

Start your return at our returns center. We email you a prepaid return label, and return shipping is $12, deducted from your refund.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled separately. We cover return shipping on those, and a restocking fee never applies.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
