At Pure Fiber, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in brand-new condition: never opened, washed, or used.
  • All items must be in their original packaging to receive a full refund.

Return Fee

  • A $12.00 flat fee applies to all returns to cover the cost of the prepaid return shipping label.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance or items discounted by 50% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

Restocking Fee

  • If the item is opened or not in resellable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at custserv@pure-fiber.com with your order details and the items you wish to return.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The $12.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Pack your items securely and include the original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
