NET TERMS:

Net 30 Days Term is available for all general stock orders. (All new account orders must be C.O.D. or credit card). 50% non-refundable deposit required for all private labeling, or customized orders, remaining 50% due before order is shipped.
*All returned checks are charged a $25.00 handling fee.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:

Pure Fiber stands behind its product. We will gladly accept return/exchange of al defective items. Should you feel that the unopened products do not work for your store/establishment you are welcome to return it within 15 days. Please note that we do not accept any used products.
